Dispatch & Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1โ2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on a business day will be dispatched the same day where possible.
Delivery
- All orders ship from within Australia.
- Tracked express shipping is offered Australia-wide.
- Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the carrier.
- We do not currently ship internationally.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure customer privacy. Products are packed securely to maintain stability during transit.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched. You can monitor delivery progress directly through the carrierโs tracking portal.
Returns
Due to the nature of research materials, returns are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will assist with a resolution, including reshipment where appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
